1. Mechanical and installation design

The machine has a cast iron base with optimized fins for heat dissipation. The 407 kg weight provides high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance, allowing stable torque handling during long-term operation under full load. Installation method – vertical installation IM V1 (flange mounting), dimensions comply with international IEC standards. The rotor undergoes precision dynamic balancing, reaching a balancing level of G2.5. Combined with high-precision bearings, it effectively controls vibration amplitude to less than or equal to 0.05 mm during high-speed operation, ensuring stable engine operation at rated speed of 1480 rpm.

2. Cooling and protection system

The cooling system uses a self-ventilated cooling system IC 411 (no forced ventilation). Thanks to the optimized fan blade design and heat dissipation fins in the base, it meets S1 class continuous operation requirements, providing continuous operation at rated load with controlled temperature rise within standard ranges, avoiding the maintenance costs of forced air fans.

The overall℃of protection reaches IP55. The cast iron body is treated with an anti-corrosion coating that effectively prevents dust and low pressure water jets, making it suitable for dusty and humid industrial environments. The main distribution box is located on the side of the base, and the cable output direction can be flexibly adjusted. The internal sealing ring ensures dust- and waterproof low-voltage wiring.

3. Electromagnetic and insulation structure

This three-phase variable speed induction motor has a rated power of 55 kW, a rated voltage of 380 V and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. The stator winding is made of pure copper wire and processed by VPI vacuum impregnation method. Insulation class F, meets the temperature rise test of class B, is resistant to erosion of the insulation layer by high frequency harmonics of the frequency converter, making it suitable for use in low-voltage variable speed drive applications.

Supports smooth stepless speed control in the range of 5-100 Hz, with a nominal speed of 1480 rpm. Provides stable torque at a nominal frequency of 50 Hz and constant power operation in the frequency range of 50-100 Hz, adapting to the speed control needs of variable load equipment such as fans and pumps. Speed ​​control accuracy is ±0.5%.

2. Reliable operation and easy maintenance

Uses the IC 411 self-ventilated cooling system, eliminating the risk of failure of individual cooling fans. Combined with the continuous operation system, the S1 provides stable operation for a long time at an altitude of less than or equal to 1000 m and at ambient temperatures from -15℃to 40 degree, reducing the frequency of cooling system maintenance.

IP rating55 + corrosion resistant base, suitable for dusty and humid environments in light industry, textile industry and other industries. Bearings with a long service life are used, with a lubrication cycle of up to 12 months.
