Special design for speed control

The motor is designed specifically to work with frequency converters, with an optimized magnetic system that eliminates saturation and overheating at variable power frequencies.

Cooling system IC416 (forced air cooling)

Equipped with an independent axial cooling fan that does not depend on the rotor speed. Provides stable cooling even at low speeds, preventing overheating of the windings.

Enhanced insulation and protection

Insulation class F (temperature control according to class B), windings are impregnated using vacuum -injection impregnation (VNP). Protection℃IP55, resistant to dust, moisture and vibration.

Standard installation dimensions

Frame 315M, 4 poles (synchronous speed 1500 rpm). Standard version IMB3 (foot-mounted), optionally available with flange. Compatible with installation dimensions of standard motors.

Low vibration and noise levels

High precision bearings are used and the rotor is precision balanced to ensure smooth operation with low vibration and noise levels.

Excellent compatibility with frequency converters

Supports stepless speed control over a wide range: 0-50Hz (constant torque), 50-100Hz (constant power). Ideal for fan, pump and conveyor drives.

Stable operation at low speeds

Forced cooling of the IC416 solves the problem of overheating at low speeds, ensuring safe operation even during long-term operation at frequencies below 10 Hz.

High energy efficiency

Engine efficiency is IE3 level and above. In combination with a frequency converter, it provides significant energy savings.
