1. General characteristics and bed
Welded frame made of steel sheets: has high rigidity and low deformation, adapted to the shock loads of mountain conditions; The output ends are integrated at the bottom, which ensures neat cable routing.
Open design (degree of protection IP20): protects against accidental contact with live and rotating parts, suitable for use in closed mining areas with low dust levels.
Natural air cooling (IC01): simple design with low maintenance costs, cooling is achieved by rotating the motor itself, suitable for continuous operation.
Horizontal installation like IM7311: rigid mounting on a high load-bearing capacity base, suitable for use with heavy equipment such as mills.
2. Stator system
Low-loss silicon sheet core: composed of 0.5 mm thick sector sheets with radial ventilation channels, ensures effective heat dissipation and low losses.
Winding with class F insulation, manufactured using mold technology: double short-circuited coils impregnated by vacuum -pressure impregnation (VPP), have high moisture resistance, resistance to high voltage and aging, adapted to high voltage conditions of 10 kV.
Reliable fastening and binding of the winding ends: prevents the winding ends from moving under the influence of vibrations and electromagnetic forces under heavy loads.
3. Rotor system
36-Pole Projecting Rotor: Extruded steel sheet poles with special field windings provide stable magnetic field and high torque density.
High Strength Steel Shaft: Heat treated for increased strength, withstands high startup loads and mill shock loads.
Thyristor excitation system: provides precise excitation control, maintains leading power factor and stable engine operation.
4. Bearings and auxiliary structures
Supports with bearings (oil -ring or combined): with insulating gaskets, block shaft current, reduce wear and extend the service life of bearings.
Cylindrical shaft end: provides direct connection to the mill coupling, transmits high torque and simplifies installation.
