The motor belongs to the series of highly efficient three-phase asynchronous machines YE3 (energy efficiency class IE3), made according to the IEC standard, has a frame No. 180M, 4 poles, rated power 18.5 kW, rated voltage 660 V, frequency 50 Hz, operating mode S1 (constant).

1. Housing and covers

Made of high-strength cast iron with reinforced cooling fins, they have high rigidity, low vibration, good heat dissipation and resistance to deformation. Provide high accuracy of stator and rotor alignment.

2. Stator and rotor

The stator is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel. The winding is made using an F class insulation system (155℃C) with vacuum impregnation with varnish, which increases moisture resistance, durability and reliability. The rotor is a cast aluminized squirrel cage, with high precision dynamic balancing, stable starting characteristics and low additional losses.

3. Cooling and protection

Cooling – IC411 (self-ventilated) with built-in fan, no external cooling required. Protection℃– IP55 (complete protection against dust and splashing water from any direction), suitable for dusty and humid industrial environments.

4. Bearings and lubrication

Highly reliable, low-noise bearings with long-term lubrication are installed, designed for long-term continuous operation. The bearing units are sealed and protected from dust and lubricant leakage.

Vertical installation of IM V1 (shaft down, with flange and legs) ensures precise alignment, high stability, and ease of installation. Ideal for driving pumps, fans and other equipment with a vertical layout.

6. Terminal box

Located on top, sealed, with convenient access to the terminals. It is possible to connect “star” or “delta” for a 660 V network. The terminals are heat-resistant, the contact is reliable.
