1. Series and general design
The motor belongs to the series of high-voltage frequency -controlled three-phase asynchronous machines SimoYJTKK. Frame number 355, 2 poles, synchronous speed 3000 rpm, rated power 280 kW, rated voltage 10 kV (10000 V), frequency 50 Hz, operating mode S1 (constant).
2. Housing, covers and structural rigidity
The body is made of high-strength thick steel plate welded with optimized stiffeners. The design has increased rigidity, resistance to deformation, vibration and shock loads, withstands alternating stresses under heavy duty and high-frequency operation. The body and covers undergo precision machining, ensure high alignment accuracy and reduce vibration and noise. An air-air cooler is integrated at the top (special for IC666). The design is compact, rugged, with a short heat dissipation path, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
3. Stator core and winding for frequency regulation
The stator core is made of high quality low loss cold rolled silicon steel. Produced by high-speed stamping, assembly and rigid tightening, it provides low losses, low heating and high efficiency. The winding is made of a special corona wire for frequency regulation, an insulating system of class F (155℃C) with treatment using vacuum -varnish impregnation (VPI).
The insulating layer is uniform, durable, resistant to high-frequency harmonics, corona, moisture and temperature shocks. Heating control is carried out according to class B, which provides a large thermal reserve and increased reliability and service life.
Built inside the stator6 PT100 temperature sensors(3 in the winding, 1 in the front bearing, 1 in the rear, 1 reserve), providing connection to the temperature control system, overheat alarm and protection.
4. Cooling system IC666 (air -forced cooling)
The design is used withtwo independent ventilation circuits:
Internal circuit: The internal fan creates forced circulation and cools the stator and winding directly.
External circuit: separate external fan + air-air cooler forcibly removes heat to the outside.
Cooling performance is independent of engine speed, which completely solves the problem of lack of cooling and overheating at low speeds in frequency control mode.
5. Degree of protection and sealing
Degree of protectionIP54, completely closed design. Provides complete protection against dust and splashing water from any direction. Suitable for harsh industrial conditions: mining, metallurgy, chemistry, energy, cement industry (high dust, humidity, slightly corrosive environment).
6. Terminal box and high voltage insulation
A separate high-voltage terminal box is installed with large internal space, sufficient insulation clearances and reliable sealing. The connection is safe and convenient. The internal high-voltage terminals have reinforced insulation, resistant to high voltage, harmonics and aging. Compatible with all types of domestic and imported high-voltage frequency converters.
7. Mounting design IM B3
Made in a horizontal design with mounting feet. The dimensions of the feet, the height of the axis of rotation and the dimensions of the shaft protrusion fully comply with IEC standards. The product is highly versatile and fully interchangeable, ensuring stable installation and precise alignment. Suitable for driving fans, pumps, compressors, crushers, belt conveyors and other horizontally installed industrial equipment.

3.10 kV power supply, minimal system losses and economical operation
With the same power, 10 kV high-voltage power supply provides lower operating current, reduces losses in electrical networks and voltage drop. Ideally suited for facilities with remote power supply, powerful technological equipment and enterprises with limited local power supply capabilities, it can significantly reduce costs for transformers, cable products and operational needs.
4.Special corona-resistant insulation for frequency drive extends service life
Corona-resistant winding wires, technology of vacuum-long-term impregnation with VPI varnish and a reinforced insulating structure are used. This circuit effectively neutralizes the effects of high-frequency pulse voltages and harmonics from frequency converters, prevents partial discharges, aging and breakdown of windings. The service life when operating from a frequency converter is more than 50% higher than that of conventional high-voltage motors, guaranteeing stable long-term operation. Six built-in PT100 temperature sensors, together with a sophisticated protection system, provide timely alerts and intelligent protection, eliminating unscheduled equipment downtime-due to breakdowns.
5.High rigidity, low vibration and noise, smooth operation
Welded steel housing, high-precision dynamic rotor balancing and optimized electromagnetic design ensure vibration and noise levels well below government standards. The engine is able to operate stably around the clock, reduces the frequency of malfunctions and extends the service life of both the electric motor itself and related process equipment.
6.High resistance to external conditions, low failure rate and easy maintenance
The℃of protection IP54, reinforced sealing elements and anti-corrosion treatment allow the engine to be operated for a long time in dusty, humid conditions and with sudden temperature changes. The design provides the ability to lubricate bearings without disassembling the unit, separate maintenance of the external fan and convenient access to the terminal box. This allows you to minimize maintenance costs and reduce equipment downtime.
