1. High efficiency electromagnetic system
The motor is designed with an optimized electromagnetic circuit for high voltage, energy efficient environments. The stator and rotor are made of high-quality electrical steel, which can significantly reduce losses in steel and copper. The windings have a high-voltage corona-resistant insulating structure and undergo vacuum -press impregnation. Insulation class F ensures stable long-term operation at a voltage of 10 kV, high insulation strength and aging resistance.
2. Housing and℃of protection
The housing is made of welded high-strength steel, offering high rigidity and vibration resistance, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments. IP23 protection℃prevents accidental contact with live parts and protects against splashing water at an angle of up to 60 degrees to the vertical, which is suitable for industrial areas with moderate dust levels.
3. Cooling system IC01
The IC01 natural air cooling system with a built-in fan is used. The case has large cooling fins, which, together with the axial fan, create efficient air flow, ensuring stable temperature conditions under continuous load. The cooling system does not require complex external equipment and is simple and reliable in operation.
4. Mechanical and electrical design
The end caps are made of high-strength cast iron, and high-load bearings are installed, designed for continuous operation S1. The engine is equipped with a high-voltage sealed connection box, as well as separate boxes for auxiliary circuits (temperature sensors, heaters), which meets the safety requirements of high-voltage equipment.
