1.The overall layout is rational, special design for heavyth industrial modework

This model of high voltage permanent magnet synchronous motorTYS550-6has a horizontal layout, a compact welded box frame. The engine has a compact design and high rigidity. The height of the motor shaft axis is 550 mm, 6-pole design. The synchronous speed is 1200 rpm at a nominal frequency of 60 Hz and 1000 rpm at a standard frequency of 50 Hz. The motor is specially designed to drive fans, pumps, compressors, auxiliary drives in metallurgical plants and continuous operation in heavy industry. The motor design is modular and consists of six main modules: stator assembly, rotor with built-in permanent magnets, air-water cooling system, high-voltage insulation system, bearing lubrication system and sealing protection system. The clear layout of the units ensures the convenience of subsequent maintenance, repair and disassembly, and fully meets the requirements of long-term continuous operation in industrial conditions.

2. High voltage stator system: high insulation class, resistance to breakdown and aging

The stator is made from high-quality cold-rolled silicon sheets with high magnetic permeability, is characterized by a high blending ratio and minimal magnetic losses in the steel. The stator winding is made of special high-voltage corona-resistant insulating materials for a voltage class of 6 kV and processed using vacuum -stressed varnish impregnation (VPI) technology, the general insulation class corresponds to class F. The end parts of the windings have multi-layer reinforcement and anti-vibration fixation, which effectively eliminates loosening and abrasion of the windings during prolonged exposure to frequency surges and oscillations loads. The high-voltage output box has a reinforced sealed cast aluminum structure, and high-voltage insulating partitions are installed inside. The design prevents surface discharge and condensation formation, is highly resistant to overvoltage and operates stably in difficult conditions of an industrial power supply network with voltage surges and harmonic interference.

3. IC71W air-water cooling system, stable heat dissipation and ultra-low heating

This engine is equipped with a built-in air-water cooler according to the IC71W design with a completely closed circulating water cooling system. The internal air of the engine moves in a closed loop, heat exchange is carried out through a built-in air-water cooler in the upper part of the frame. External cooling water is forced to circulate; connection to an external cooling water circulation system is required. The cooler has a large area and high heat transfer efficiency; water circuits are made of pipes with anti-corrosion coating, resistant to scale formation and clogging. The completely enclosed design eliminates contact of the cooling medium with atmospheric air, preventing dust and moisture from entering the engine. At rated load and operation in difficult conditions, engine heating is minimal, excellent thermal stability is ensured during long-term operation, and there are no phenomena of power loss or thermal attenuation due to overheating.

4. High℃of protection IP55, highly adaptable to harsh operating conditions

The motor has a sealed seal design. The end caps, shaft output and output box are equipped with old-resistant rubber seals, the℃of protection is IP55. The design reliably prevents dust, rainwater, fog and aggressive particles from entering the housing. The engine is fully suitable for operation in dusty, humid conditions with sudden temperature changes in metallurgy, steel, mining, chemical and cement plants. The surface of the frame is covered with a thick anti-corrosion paint coating, resistant to acids and alkalis, ensuring stable long-term operation both outdoors and in industrial premises.

5. High quality bearing system, low noise and long service life

The engine is equipped with heavy-duty roller bearings with high load-bearing capacity, which absorb combined axial and radial loads. The bearings are filled with long-lasting high-temperature grease and have separate grease filling and draining structures for easy maintenance. The bearing chambers feature a thermal insulation design that blocks heat transfer from the stator, which reduces the operating temperature of the bearings and prevents carbonation of the lubricant and bearing seizure when overheated. The motor operates with low noise and vibration levels, and the smoothness of operation is superior to similar asynchronous motors of the same size.

1. Significant energy-saving efficiency, extremely low overall operating costs

The rotor of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is excited by permanent magnets, there is no loss of copper and rotor steel. Compared to high-voltage asynchronous motors of the same power, complex losses are reduced by 20%–35%. The motor has a very wide high efficiency range and maintains ultra-high efficiency at loads from 20% to 120% of rated value, ideal for industrial variable load and continuous operation. The rated power factor is close to 1.0, there is no need to install reactive power compensation devices. Compared with high-voltage induction motors of the same power, the permanent magnet synchronous motor does not require a rotor excitation structure, has a shorter frame length, lighter weight and a compact layout. The equipment takes up little space, allows you to reduce production space for placing units, simplify the construction of foundations and reduce investment costs for foundations, pipelines and auxiliary equipment. When modernizing and replacing outdated equipment, no significant alteration of the installation foundations is required, and high versatility of adaptation is ensured.

4. Extremely low failure rate, virtually no maintenance, low operating costs

The rotor does not have brushes, slip rings or field windings, which eliminates the typical malfunctions of traditional engines: brush wear, ring discharges, and excitation system failures. A simple mechanical design with a minimum number of moving parts significantly reduces the number of potential failure points. Combined with the IC71W's sealed water cooling system, the interior of the motor is kept clean, there is no dust accumulation and no risk of moisture, and the insulation life is significantly extended. During operation, it is enough to periodically monitor the condition of the cooling water and bearing lubrication; frequent disassembly and repairs are not required. This reduces maintenance downtime and increases the uptime of production lines.

5. Compatible with high voltage power grids, high versatility and compatibility

The rated motor voltage of 6000 V allows direct connection to 6 kV industrial high-voltage networks without an additional step-down transformer, which simplifies the power supply circuit. The motor is compatible with major domestic high-voltage frequency converters, has simple control logic and high communication compatibility with automated DCS systems, providing the possibility of intelligent digital centralized production control.
