1. Series and general design
This engine belongs to the seriesZ4independently excited DC motors, modelZ4-315-11. Rated power - 160 kW, rated voltage - 440 V, operating mode -S1 (constant), speed range - 600/1900 rpm. The motor is specifically designed for industrial DC variable drive systems and is suitable for a wide range of variable speed operating modes.
2. Cooling type IC06 (forced air cooling with independent channel)
The system is appliedIC06- forced cooling from an external independent fan. The cooling air is supplied by a separate fan; the engine itself does not have its own fan. Cooling performancedoes not depend on engine speed, so even at a low speed of 600 rpm, a stable flow of cooling air is ensured. This ensures stable winding and commutator temperatures, a key solution to preventing DC motor overheating at low speeds.
3. Protection℃IP21S

5. Main electrical components
Armature winding: Designed for 440V nominal voltage, made of high-strength insulated wire with insulation class F. Capable of withstanding voltage fluctuations and switching loads during speed control.
Switching system: The Z4 series features high quality brushes and commutator for excellent commutation. Stable operation is guaranteed over a wide speed range (600-1900 rpm) with low spark generation, which reduces brush wear.
Stator excitation system: Independent excitation in which the field winding and armature winding are supplied from separate sources. Provides excellent speed control performance with smooth stepless control.
6. Mechanical structure and parameters
